We upgraded our membership card because of additional savings on some prescriptions.This review is for the Sam's Club gas station, which is near Sam's Club and Walmart. The gas station at Sam's Club is for use by Sam's Club members. Gas prices at this station are lower than prices at other gas stations in the area. This location is very close to Charleston International Airport.
