However I run into an issue with TBC. See in TBC they allow focus macros. This opens up so many options, as well as Arena 1-2-3 macros. In Vanilla I played my Rogue optimally with the keybinds shown on your picture, however in TBC and the addition of the Focus/Arena macros it simply doesn’t work out so well. Note that even if you have this macro bound to, say Alt+3, it will still use Speed instead of health.If you hit your macro it poly's your focus target and if you want to switch before that target is dead you hit Shift+macro to set focus and poly new target.
