Tiamet isnt in codex. Tiamet is not one of the main hive fleets unfortunately so you would need to make a custom one. Or just use the rules for whatever hive fleet you want and just paint your models like tiamet, nobody would ever know or care (I paint my models however I want and pick whatever hive fleet rules I want when I play).Here's what I use: Base/flesh_Prime corax white, shade flesh with coelia green shade/lahmian medium mix. I prime it white, then paint the carapace incubi darkness with kabalte green and sybarite green highlight.
